By using our Service Stella you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Stella template application. By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements under applicable law.

3. Purpose and Intended Use

3.1 DMA Firmware and Hardware Products

Our firmware and related tools for Direct Memory Access (DMA) hardware (“DMA Products”) are provided exclusively for legitimate security research, reverse engineering, and malware analysis in controlled environments.

Examples of permitted uses include:
• Analyzing software vulnerabilities in test systems
• Conducting research into malicious software behavior
• Validating anti-cheat compatibility on customer-owned systems

Any other use — including but not limited to circumventing DRM, violating license agreements, or enabling unauthorized access — is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Cheat Software and Companion Applications

Any software or scripts (“Companion Software”) that may interact with third-party applications or games are provided solely for educational, testing, and compatibility verification purposes.

Permitted uses include:
• Evaluating anti-cheat software detection thresholds
• Testing system compatibility with anti-cheat solutions
• Analyzing malware heuristics and signatures

We do not condone or endorse use of such tools to gain unfair advantage, manipulate online gameplay, or breach any game or service Terms of Use.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Compliance with Laws and Agreements

You are solely responsible for:
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Adhering to license agreements and Terms of Service of third-party software
• Using our products only on systems you own or are authorized to test

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You shall not:
• Use the Services to cheat in online games or competitions
• Distribute or resell our products for cheating or unauthorized purposes
• Infringe intellectual property or violate applicable laws

5. Use of Service

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use the Service to violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to game developers' terms of service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Stella remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not redistribute, modify, or resell any part of our Service without permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the Service.

8. No Affiliation or Endorsement

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publishers, software developers, or anti-cheat providers referenced in our documentation or marketing materials. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Finland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
